Every hat has a history.

Add to My Collection

Use this to catalog a hat you own, even when you do not have a transaction to report. Add its name, photo or documentation, condition, and optional edition number. Mark “In my possession” when you have it.

Record a Transaction

Choose what happened, then upload documentation or enter the details manually.

• Purchase: record a hat you bought, its price and date when known, and where you bought it. It is saved in My collection.
• Sale: report your completed sale or a sale you saw online. Include the price, date, source, and proof. It goes to the shared Sales archive for review.
• Trade: record a completed exchange, the items given and received, and any cash. Received hats are added to My collection. This is member-reported history, not a confirmed platform trade.

Keep one record per hat

A Purchase or Trade entry already adds the received hat to your collection. Do not add it again with “Add to My Collection.” Update possession on hats you sold or traded away. To propose a new exchange, use the Trade board.
